This page contains two ADU tools that are specific to East Palo Alto. The first is an ADU buildable area look-up tool that allows one to search for an address, and provides lot-specific information including the largest detached and attached ADU that could be constructed on the lot. The second tool is a permit fee calculator that provides a monetary estimate on the amount of fees one could expect to pay for ADU construction.
